Liza Boubari is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, best‑selling author, motivational speaker, and compassionate healer. Over the past 20+ years, she’s helped countless women reconnect mind, body, and spirit—beginning from her own journey of healing: facing ovarian cyst surgery in her 20s, she discovered the powerful link between emotional stress and physical health through hypnotherapy, which ultimately transformed her life.
